  • Unaudited consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and six months ended June 30, 2022.
  • Audited standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter and six months ended June 30, 2022.
  • Appointment of M/s. Sanjay Grover & Associates, Company Secretaries (Firm Registration No. P2001DE052900) as Secretarial Auditor for the financial year ending December 31, 2022.
