RSI is dedicated to running impactful CSR initiatives with an emphasis on fostering community development via education. We aim to provide access to high-quality educational opportunities, promote positive social change, and assist vulnerable communities through our strategic programs and partnerships.
RSI Supports Education for Underprivileged Girls at Army Public School
RSI provides education to underprivileged girls studying at Army Public School, Beas. We are ensuring they have access to high-quality educational opportunities. This project aims to provide these students with the knowledge and skills they’ll need for a brighter future.
Partnered with Missionaries of Charity to Support Socially Isolated and Homeless Children
RSI supports The Missionaries of Charity founded by Mother Teresa, to help socially isolated, crippled, and homeless children at Jeevan Jyoti Home in Delhi. The intention of this partnership is to take care of those society groups that feel unwanted, unloved, and uncared. Through this partnership, RSI is enhancing the well-being of these children addressing basic necessities as well as providing compassionate support system.
Provided Essential School Supplies to Children in Need with Asociatia Magic
RSI and Asociatia Magic collaborated in Romania to provide supply-filled backpacks to children suffering from burns and oncological conditions. Because of the kindness of our coworkers, 56 fully equipped backpacks with necessary items including crayons, pencils, and notebooks were provided. These presents made a significant difference in the lives of these children.
We are dedicated to protecting natural resources and promoting sustainability. We run community-driven projects on afforestation, conservation, and reducing our carbon footprint. We aim to make the world a better place and encourage people to work with us to build a sustainable future for future generations.
Planted 1300+ Local Native Species of Saplings in Delhi NCR
We have partnered with Green Yatra, a well-known environmental NGO in India, to expand afforestation initiatives in Delhi NCR. By working together, we have effectively planted more than 1,300 native saplings in the area, enhancing its biodiversity and environmental sustainability. This program contributes to ecological preservation and enhancement of the quality of life to enable future generations live healthy lives in a healthier environment.
Tree-Planting and Fundraising Initiatives in Romania
RSI empowers communities in Bucharest and Craiova by greening their cities and fostering a culture of sustainability through tree-planting and fundraising initiatives. This unique CSR program combats climate change, promotes biodiversity, and enriches urban life.
Growing the Friendship Forest in Moldova
Our team in Chisinau, Moldova, contributed to the plantation of 1,900 saplings. Each sapling planted represents hope, growth, and our collective commitment to a better future. What was once a littered lot will become a thriving forest thanks to our tree-planting champions.
We run focused CSR initiatives to bring long-lasting change in the society and empower women. Our goal is to empower underprivileged women of the society by giving them access to education, training, and business support so they can develop the employability skills and self-assurance to become financially independent.
RSI and PARAS India Launched “Silai Schools” to Empower Underprivileged Women
In collaboration with PARAS India, RSI established “Silai Schools” that empower underprivileged women by providing them with skills necessary to become entrepreneurs, fostering self-sufficiency and economic empowerment. We are committed to establish more ‘Silai schools’ in the coming months with an aim to empower each and every woman.

Charity Cake Day to Raise Funds for Various Charitable Initiatives
At RSI, Charity Cake Day has become a beloved tradition that brings coworkers together to assist deserving charities. We raised 1,870 EUR, and RSI matched the efforts with a donation of 2,000 EUR. We funded medical care in Craiova, food and supplies in Moldova, assistance for children suffering from cerebral palsy.

Our CSR Ambassadors
Nand Sardana serves as the Chief Financial Officer at RSI, having joined the company in 2000. With over 30 years of experience in financial management, accounting, taxation, investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, and fundraising, Nand has been instrumental in various strategic initiatives. Notably, he managed RSI’ initial public offering in 2006 and has played a key role in multiple mergers and acquisitions globally.
Before joining RSI, Nand gained valuable experience working with various consultancy organizations, where he honed his skills in financial strategy and operational efficiency. His qualifications include being a Chartered Accountant, Cost and Management Accountant, and Company Secretary, demonstrating his deep understanding of financial regulations and corporate governance.
Nand holds both a graduate and a Master’s degree in Commerce from the University of Delhi, equipping him with a strong academic foundation to complement his professional accomplishments.
Priyanka Chemburkar is our CSR ambassador in Pune, India. She has over 6 years of experience in RSI and, as a CSR Ambassador, she leads initiatives through various NGO’s. She strongly feels driven to the causes of giving good education to children and people who don’t have a privileged platform, in order for them to gain financial independence through community support. “Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach him how to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.” is the personal mantra that she strongly resonates with.
Gabriela Sandu is the CSR responsible in Bucharest, Romania. Joining RSI almost six years ago ignited her passion for corporate social responsibility, marking the beginning of our European CSR initiatives: annual traditions like Charity Cake Day, Back to School Donation Campaigns and tree-planting initiatives to impactful one-off projects such as being part of creating a therapy center for children with disabilities. Gabriela firmly believes that our actions have the power to inspire those around us, and that small steps can provide essential hope.
