Shailesh brings over 25 years of management consulting experience at the intersection of technology and digital transformation. As founder of Budhyati Ventures, he advises technology companies and investment firms on growth strategy, operational efficiency, and business transformation, and serves on the boards of several public and private companies, providing governance oversight and strategic guidance.

He spent over 17 years at McKinsey & Company as a Partner, advising boards, CEOs, and CXOs of leading enterprises across North America, Europe, and India on building and scaling new businesses, as well as enhancing the effectiveness of business operations through technology. During his tenure, he held multiple leadership roles across the firm’s High Tech, Digital and Analytics, Service Operations, and Technology Sourcing practices, and was instrumental in establishing and growing McKinsey’s Bangalore office.

Shailesh holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
