The Board of Directors of R Systems International Limited at its meeting held on June 05, 2025, has, inter-alia, approved to make investment(s) or give loan(s) or give guarantee(s) or provide security(ies) in connection with a loan made under Section 186 of the Companies Act, 2013, subject to shareholders’ approval, up to an aggregate amount not exceeding INR 2,000 crores (Rupees Two Thousand Crores only).
