Opening of Trading Window
The Company has disclosed the financial results for the quarter and financial year ended December 31, 2018 and other business as approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on February 08, 2019 and thus, the trading window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company for the directors/officers/designated employees of the Company in accordance with “R Systems International Limited Code of Conduct for Internal Procedures and to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders ” will be opened from Monday, February 11, 2019.
