Opening of Trading Window
The Company has declared the financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2016 and other business as approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on February 10, 2017 and thus, the trading window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company for directors/officers/designated employees of the Company in accordance with “R Systems International Limited Code of Fair Disclosure and Conduct for Internal Procedures and to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders” is now open.
