This is to inform that SEBI registered Environmental, Social, and Governance (“ESG”) Rating Provider, Crisil ESG Ratings & Analytics Ltd. (“CRISIL”), vide its email received by R Systems International Limited (“Company”) on April 17, 2025, has assigned the Company an ESG Rating of ‘Crisil ESG 54 (Adequate)’ which is based on disclosures of the Company for the financial year ended on December 31, 2023 and other publicly available data of the Company.
We further inform that the Company has not engaged CRISIL for ESG Ratings and the same is totally unsolicited. The CRISIL has independently assigned the ESG Rating based on public disclosures of the Company pertaining to Financial Year 2023.
