1. Upgraded the rating on the Company’s total long-term bank facilities of Rs. 205 crores to ‘Crisil AA-/Stable’ from ‘Crisil A+/Stable.
2. Assigned rating of “Crisil AA-/Stable” to the proposed issue of Non-Convertible Debentures of Rs. 275 crores.
