R Systems Announces its Board Meeting
The meeting of the Board of Directors of R Systems International Limited is scheduled to be held on Saturday, December 14, 2019 to inter alia transact the following business:
- To consider and approve the declaration of interim dividend, if any, for the year 2019.
The record date for the purpose of interim dividend for the year 2019, if declared by the Board, shall be December 23, 2019.
Further, it may please be noted that pursuant to the R Systems International Limited Code of Conduct for Internal Procedures and to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company will be closed for the directors/ officers/ designated persons of the Company from December 05, 2019 until December 16, 2019.
