National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi approval for Scheme of Amalgamation of GM Solutions Private Limited and R Systems International Limited
The National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi (“NCLT”) vide order dated December 07, 2018 approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of GM Solutions Private Limited and R Systems International Limited and their respective shareholders and creditors. The certified true copy of the said order was issued on December 10, 2018. The Scheme shall become operative upon filing of certified copy of the order with the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana.
