The Board of directors of R Systems International Limited at its meeting held on March 29, 2015 has inter alia approved the following:
- The appointment of all existing Non – Executive & Independent Directors of the Company as Independent Directors in compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
- Re-appointment and remuneration of Lt. Gen. Baldev Singh (Retd.) (DIN: 00006966) as President & Senior Executive Director of the Company.
