R Systems Announces its Results for the Quarter and half year ended June 30, 2017

 The Board of directors of R Systems International Limited at its meeting held on August 03, 2017 has inter alia approved the following businesses:

1. 1. Audited standalone financial results for the quarter and half year ended June 30, 2017.
   2. Unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended June 30, 2017.
   3. Appointment of Mr. Avirag Jain, Chief Technology Officer & EVP, as an Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. August 03, 2017 who shall hold office upto the next Annual General Meeting.
   4. Appointment of Mr. Avirag Jain, Chief Technology Officer & EVP, as Whole Time Director (Designated as Director & Chief Technology Officer) for a period of three investor-news-years w.e.f. August 03, 2017, subject to approval of the Shareholders of the Company at the ensuing General Meeting.
