The Board of Directors of R Systems International Limited at its meeting scheduled to be held on Saturday, December 20, 2014 in addition to the other business items shall also consider the declaration of fourth interim dividend, if any, for the year 2014
The record date for the purpose of determining entitlement of shareholders to the fourth Interim Dividend for the year 2014, if declared by the Board, shall be December 29, 2014.
