R Systems Announces the outcome of its Board Meeting
The Board of Directors of R Systems International Limited at its meeting held on June 03, 2014 has inter alia approved the following
- Payment of interim dividend for the year 2014 at the rate of Re. 0.95 (Ninety Five Paise only) per equity share of Re. 1/- each.
- Incorporation of two companies in India as Wholly Owned Subsidiaries of R Systems International Limited, as may be required for the business purposes of the Company.
Interim Dividend will be paid on June 25, 2014 to those shareholders of the Company, whose names appear in the Register of Members as on the Record Date fixed in this regard i.e. June 13, 2014.
